Most modern homes the outdoor living space is larger than the inside living space, with the majority of older proerties the outdoor living space is considerably larger than the indoor space.  So i like to emphasis to customers the importance of utilising this outdoor living space, its yours you own it.  So typically you’ve a family, parents children and a dog, so lets make the most of this living space.  Unfortunately we do not live in a country that is blessed with lovely all year round weather, lawns are typically muddy saturated full of weeds and moss and not much grass and so therefore if you like the look and feel of grass and grass is what a garden should be dominated with, then therefore the use of artificial grass is the perfect solution to the problem.  Then looking at other needs, outdoor seating area, how many people to seat, do you like to entertain, b-b-q, pizza oven, etc.  What stone as your patio, natural, porcelain, rough Indian sandstone, concrete buff paving etc.  How large do you want this area, do you want it separated from other areas, does it get all day sunlight, do you create multiple seating areas to make the most of the sunshine.

Is your garden flat ? Do we need to look at terracing to make the most of the area size.  If your garden is on a slope it could become unusable without terracing to utilise the area.  Although terracing is expensive without it your outdoor space could be useless and worthless, with some innovative thinking a solution can be acheived to create a wonderful outdoor living space.
